9th–10th grade
Programs › Boys
One program, two age groups — U14 (middle school) and U16 (9th–10th grade) — built on the same intentional development and competitive standards as our girls programs.
About the program
Our Boys Club runs one program across two age groups — U14 for middle-school athletes and U16 for 9th–10th graders — with the same coaching standards, curriculum, and intentional development that define our girls programs. Practices run twice a week (7:00–8:45 pm), with a Carolina Region tournament schedule and light travel across the Carolinas.
Whether an athlete is new to volleyball or already competing, the Boys program is built to develop skills, compete, and grow the game for boys in the Triad.
Coaching Staff
The same intentional, high-standard coaching our athletes get across the club.
U16 Boys High School Coach
Varsity Boys Head Coach & Assistant Varsity Girls Coach, Southwest Guilford HS
Kaiyah brings deep roots and high-level varsity experience to Piedmont's U16 Boys program. A Piedmont alumna, she returned to coach at the club in 2018 and has worked across every level of the program, from regional to travel to national teams. She currently serves as Varsity Boys Head Coach and Assistant Varsity Girls Coach at Southwest Guilford High School, entering her third season at the high school level. Kaiyah played collegiately as a Libero/Defensive Specialist at North Carolina A&T State University, and her coaching specialties reflect that background — defense, out-of-system setting, serve & pass, and attacking.
U14 Boys Middle School Coach
Varsity Girls & Boys Coach, Page High School (Greensboro)
Tiana leads Piedmont's U14 Boys Middle School program with a coaching résumé that spans both sides of the net. A McLeansville, NC native and Eastern Guilford High School alumna, she competed in both volleyball and track & field at Fayetteville State, playing outside hitter and winning a state shot put title in high school. She got her start coaching JV volleyball at her own alma mater before taking over as Varsity Girls and Boys Coach at Page High School in Greensboro, where she's led a full turnaround of the program since 2023. Tiana is also a Piedmont alumna, bringing her club roots full circle.
