How it works
Fast 4's uses a Queen of the Court–style format where athletes battle for points during 15-minute timed rounds. Winners move up to the top courts. Challengers move down to fight their way back up. The ultimate champion? The team standing on the top court when time runs out.
Grab three friends and form a team of four — or register solo and we'll place you on a team on site. Either way, you're in the gym, on the court, and competing all night.
2026 Schedule
Four dates this season. Each night runs 6:00 – 7:30 pm at the Greensboro Sportsplex.
Divisions & Rules
Two divisions, simple rules — designed to keep play fast, fair, and fun.
All players must be able to serve from the end line. That's the only baseline skill check.
Middle-school-aged boys play in the 12s–14s division and can attack on the net like everyone else. High-school-aged boys must compete in the High School / Adult division and must attack from behind the 10-foot line (back row only).
Timed 15-minute rounds with a sliding court structure and fast transitions. Winners move up, challengers move down.
How to register
All players register individually. During registration, you select one of two options:
Open to girls and boys players from any club, school, or program — no PVC affiliation needed. Just grab three friends and show up ready.
Registration is open
$15 per player, per date — sign up solo or with your team.
