A short, focused 6-week season that bridges the club year into summer. Two distinct programs — one competitive, one training-focused — to fit how your athlete wants to spring forward.
Two Programs
Whether your athlete wants competitive team play or a training-focused league, there's a Spring path for every player.
14U – 17U · Tryout required
Earn a spot on a team. Practice twice per week and compete in two travel tournaments. Designed for athletes elevating their game in a structured, competitive environment.
5th – 10th grade · No tryout
An in-house league for athletes who want top-level instruction without the travel commitment. Mondays for skills, Wednesdays for competition — round-robin with friends.
Competitive Track
A short, structured club season for athletes who want to keep competing into summer.
The Spring Season Program offers athletes the opportunity to try out and earn a spot on a team within our club. It's a great way for players to continue training and stay competitive leading into the summer. Open to both current and new players in the Piedmont VBC program — this season provides focused skill development and valuable game experience.
Didn't make the program? Any athlete who doesn't earn a spot in the Spring Season Program is offered a place in the Spring Training League — same season window, training-only format.
Training Track
An in-house league focused on skill development and round-robin competition — no tryout, no travel.
The Spring Training League offers an opportunity for coed athletes — girls and middle-school-aged boys ages 11U–16U — to receive top-level instruction led by Piedmont's trainers and coaches. Athletes train all core volleyball skills, work on positional play, and compete in a fun in-house round-robin.
Players in 5th – 10th grade are split onto courts by a combination of age, ability, and experience. Athletes can request a division, but all players will be skills-tested at the first practice and placed into the appropriate division based on their ability.
$340 for the entire Spring Training League.
