Five weeks of plyometrics, conditioning, and age-appropriate strength training — built to make athletes more explosive, more durable, and more confident heading into the fall season.
Two Sessions
Two unique sessions led by our Sport Performance staff — programmed differently for middle school and high school athletes.
Rising 5th – 8th grade · 6:45 – 7:30 pm
Plyometrics and conditioning focused on building fitness and athleticism under the safe guidance of a strength coach. Designed to help young athletes move better, jump higher, and stay injury-free as they grow.
$175 for the full 5 weeks · 10 dates
9th – 12th grade · 5:30 – 6:30 pm
Everything the middle school session covers — plus an additional strength component using heavier weights with an emphasis on proper form. Built to make high school athletes more powerful and resilient.
$250 for the full 5 weeks · 10 dates

The program runs Tuesday and Thursday evenings at the Greensboro Sportsplex.
Who can join
This program is open to girls and boys from any club, school, or program — no PVC affiliation required. Whether you're a current PVC player getting ready for the fall season, a multi-sport athlete looking to build off-season strength, or a brand-new player wanting to get more athletic, you're welcome to register.
